The book on Corporate Ethics

Today i could complete the first chapter of the book "Harvard Business Review on Corporate Ethics"

The first chapter is "We Don't Need Another Hero" by Joseph L.Badaracco,Jr

Thank you for the UAHuntsville Library for making me exposed to lot's fo resources

Now coming to the key points i learnt from the book.

• Take time in decision making what the author says is "Put things off till tommorrow".
• Fight wisely ,what the authors says "Pick your battles(wisely)".
• Modify the rules according the context but don't violate them ,for what the author says"Bend the rules don't break them"
• Adjust for few things for what the author says"Find a compromise".
